By accessing or using CaptchaTool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CaptchaTool provides a CAPTCHA verification service that website owners can embed on their sites to protect forms from automated abuse. The Service includes challenge generation, validation, and server-side proof verification via API endpoints and an embeddable widget.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your secret API keys. You must not share secret keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
You agree not to:
CaptchaTool offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Usage limits are enforced per plan as described in the dashboard.
If a payment fails, your account will be placed in a restricted state and access to the dashboard, projects, and sites will be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. Stripe will automatically retry failed payments. You can update your payment method at any time via the billing page to restore access immediately.
If a subscription is canceled — whether by you or due to repeated payment failures — your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and access will be restricted until a new subscription is started. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You must verify ownership of any domain you register with the Service. Site keys are only active on verified domains. Attempting to use site keys on unverified domains is a violation of these terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CaptchaTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
